Quebre os ovos em uma tigela, bata bem e coloque sobre a farinha. Acrescente o sal. Com as pontas dos dedos misture os ingredientes até ficar consistente. Se necessário acrescente gotas de água, mas a massa deve ficar firme. Sove a massa e forme uma bola. Divida em pedaços e abra a massa com o auxílio de um rolo sobre uma superfície enfarinhada até ficar com a espessura desejada. Enrole como rocambole (antes polvilhe com farinha de trigo para não grudar) e, com uma faca, corte a massa em tiras finas. Cozinhe em água com filete de óleo e sal e sirva com o molho desejado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Massa com sabor!!!&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para fazer a massa de macarrão com sabores diferentes, basta substituir 3 ovos da receita original pelo ingrediente que dará o sabor à massa. Quando estiver bem seca, guarde a massa em um recipiente bem fechado por até 2 dias. (Eu guardo no freezer alguns meses. Quando quero usar retiro punhados da massa e coloco direto na água fervente para cozinhar).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Sugestão de molho: 4 latas de molho de tomate (comprado pronto), 2 latas de água (use a lata de molho vazia para medir), 2 latas de creme de leite, 2 cubos de caldo de galinha e 1 colher (sopa) de ervas finas. Abra a massa delicadamente sobre uma superfície enfarinhada com um rolo até ficar bem fina. Corte a massa em triângulos de 10cm de cada lado. Coloque uma fatia de presunto e uma de mussarela no centro de cada massa e enrole, formando uma meia lua. Coloque em uma forma untada e enfarinhada e pincele com as gemas misturadas com a água. Leve ao forno baixo, preaquecido, por 30 minutos ou até assar e dourar levemente. Retire do forno e deixe descansar por 10 minutos antes de servir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dicas&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;- Para abrir a massa e deixá-la fina, depois de aberta, passe um rolo delicadamente sobre ela. Espalhe uma porção de maionese sobre as fatias e, por cima, distribua as fatias de presunto e mussarela. Enrole cada fatia como um rocambole e embrulhe em papel-alumínio. Leve à geladeira por cerca de 2 horas. Depois, retire o papel-alumínio e corte cada fatia em 10 rodelas. Pincele-as com a maionese e distribua-as sobre uma assadeira em leve ao forno médio e preaquecido até dourarem levemente (cerca de 20 minutos). Reserve. Bata a manteiga com o açúcar restante e a baunilha até obter uma mistura clara e fofa. Adicione ao chantilly e misture com uma colher. Forre o fundo de uma forma de aro removível de 22cm de diâmetro com uma camada de biscoito Maria e forre as laterais com o biscoito Calipso, com a parte do chocolate virada para fora. Despeje metade do creme e faça outra camada com o biscoito Maria. Cubra com o creme restante e leve à geladeira por 1 hora. Leve ao fogo baixo os ingredientes da cobertura, mexendo até começar a engrossar. Deixe esfriar e cubra a torta. Escorra em papel-toalha e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Aqueça o molho de tomate em uma panela e junte as almôndegas reservadas. Cozinhe por 5 minutos, retire do fogo e, se desejar, sirva com espaguete e decorado com folhas de manjericão.&lt;br /&gt;*Se preferir, sirva as almôndegas com arroz branco!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dica: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Você pode congelar as almôndegas com o molho por até 3 meses.
